The American Security Project (ASP) will host a conference and panel discussion entitled “Beyond the Surge: Assessing the President’s Plan for Afghanistan.” Congressman Ike Skelton, Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, will provide the keynote address, and the event will include statements from Vice Admiral Lee Gunn, USN (Ret.), President of the ASP, and The Honorable Gary Hart, Chairman of the ASP.
