She joins us from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan
Mary Louise is a US Attorney who has lived and worked throughout the developing world with emphasis on energy and mining in Central and South Asia since 1992. She is fluent in Russian and Spanish, conversant in Dari.
Presently based in Dubai, she is providing legal advisory to the Governments of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and various Central Asian countries. Her work ranges from identifying legal and governance gaps in sector operations, to company restructuring, contract preparation and negotiation and legislative drafting
