Heberto A. Limas-Villers is a management consultant at Bain and Company and is the founder and executive director of Project Leviathan, an organization looking to bring realist thinking and national interests back into conservative foreign policy. His research interests include U.S. foreign policy, defense policy, and East Asia. Heberto has been published in The National Interest, National Defense, and the Kennedy School Review. Before joining Bain, Heberto previously worked for Goldman Sachs as an investment banking analyst covering the debt capital markets desk.
Heberto earned his Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is originally from Aurora, CO.
