Rachel Rochford is a rising sophomore at Georgetown University majoring in International Politics, minoring in Russian, and concentrating in Security Studies. Rachel is a Coca-Cola Scholar, Girl Security Fellow, Traverse Project Human Rights Researcher, and National Security Language Initiative for Youth Scholar and Alumni Representative. In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, painting, and playing soccer.
