American Security Project Proudly Announces New Board Members
The American Security Project proudly announced that former Governor Christine Todd Whitman, Norman R. Augustine, and Admiral William Fallon, USN (Ret.) will join their board of directors. Below are biographies of each, as well as statements from ASP Chairman and former Senator Gary Hart and ASP President Vice Admiral Lee Gunn, USN (Ret.):
Governor Christine Todd Whitman
Former New Jersey Governor and EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman currently serves as Co-Chair of the Clean and Safe Energy Coalition (CASEnergy), the Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee of the Eisenhower Fellowship, the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations, and Co-Chair of the Council on Foreign Relations’ Task Force, “More Than Humanitarianism: A Strategic U.S. Approach Toward Africa.”

Admiral William Fallon, USN (Ret.)
Admiral Fallon served for more than forty years in the United States Navy, concluding his career as Commander, U.S. Central Command. He has led U.S. and Allied forces in eight separate commands and played a leadership role in military and diplomatic matters at the highest levels of the U.S. government. He currently is CEO of NeuralIQ, a cyber security company.

Norman R. Augustine
Mr. Augustine is a recipient of the National Medal of Technology and the Joint Chiefs of Staff Distinguished Public Service Award. He has five times received the Department of Defense’s highest civilian decoration, the Distinguished Service Medal, and he has served as Chairman and Principal Officer of the American Red Cross and President and Chairman of the Association of the United States Army.
