ASP and Lloyd’s “Cities in the Crosshairs” Featured in Insurance Journal
On October 14th, the Insurance Journal published an article titled “Insurance Industry Urged to Weigh Shift to Intangible Risks.”
The article covered highlights from the “Cities in the Crosshairs: The Case for Investing in Resilience,” hosted by ASP and Lloyd’s on October 13th, 2016. The discussion centered around the argument for investing in resilience today, in order to reduce long term costs and build resilience to future threats from climate change, terrorism, and cyber-attacks. Some of the featured panelists included Inga Beale, Lloyd’s CEO, and Christine Todd Whitman, former Governor of New Jersey and administrator of the EPA, and current board member at ASP.
