ASP COO Andrew Holland in High North News
On Thursday, May 23rd, ASP COO Andrew Holland was cited in an article from High North News discussing the US’ presence in the Arctic.
Holland expressed his views on the US’ limited capabilities in the Arctic region:

He also mentioned how, at this stage, it’s difficult to say what the US’ national security priorities will be once the new Polar Security Cutter (PSC) icebreakers will start to operate.
