Harper Dorsk, who hails from Maine, earned his dual B.A. in International Affairs and Political Science from Northeastern University. His focus at ASP is on defense, energy, and security issues. He has experience studying abroad in China and at the UN in Geneva. His background includes government service at the local, state, and Federal levels, including past experience as an investigator for the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission.
