I specialize in the politics of the United States, East Asia, Russia, and Iran. In addition to dealing with policy issues, I am an enthusiast of international relations theory and history. I bring extensive experience from multiple think-tanks in Washington DC where I assisted with day-to-day operations and conducted in-depth research and analyses on regions and topics ranging from U.S. foreign policy, political economy, arms control, defense analysis, energy development, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and many more. I wrote my college senior thesis on how Ukraine and Germany fit into Russia's resurgence strategy. Currently, I am completing my master's thesis on how different identities have shaped Korea's interests, policies, and strategies towards great powers throughout history.
