Military Energy Alternatives: An Imperative
Lieutenant General Norman Seip, USAF (Ret), a Consensus for American Security member, witnessed firsthand the vulnerability that dependence on fossil fuels exposes the U.S. military to over the course of his career. Since retiring, General Seip has become a forceful voice in moving the Department of Defense away from using fossil fuels as their primary source of energy.
